To cancel the service, for security reasons, you need to either do it when you are logged in to your account or send a signed cancellation notice by post.
Termination via the web:
- Log in with your account details on the website www.storegate.com
- Click on the "Account" icon in the top right corner and select "Account settings"
- Then click on "Subscriptions" in the left menu and on "Other"
- Click on the "Continue" button and follow the instructions
Written termination:
If you wish to give written notice by post, please use the following form which you can download here. You can also write a letter of termination, stating that it is for termination, date, username/customer number, name and signature. Send the notice by post.

You will receive a confirmation when the account is cancelled. The contractual notice period is 30 days before the next payment period.
