How to cancel your account

To terminate the service, for security reasons, you need to do so when you are logged in to the account or submit a signed cancellation by post.

To cancel the account via the website, do the following:

  • Logon to our webpage www.storegate.com
  • Click on the “Account”-button in the top right corner and choose “Account settings”
  • Click on “Subscription” and “Other” in the left menu
  • Press “Continue” and follow the instructions on your screen

To terminate the account in writing, do the following:

Submit the form to us by mail at the following address

You can also write a letter of cancellation, indicate in the letter the termination, date, username / customer number, name and signature.


You will receive a confirmation email when your account is suspended. The notice period is 30 days before the next payment period.
