To terminate the service, for security reasons, you need to do so when you are logged in to the account or submit a signed cancellation by post.
To cancel the account via the website, do the following:
- Log in at: https://secure.storegate.com/
- Click your username at the top right of the page, then “Account” -> “My Details”.
- Then click “Continue” at the bottom of “Do you want to close your account?”.
- Then follow the instructions on the page to complete the termination.

To terminate the account in writing, do the following:

Submit the form to us by mail at the following address

You can also write a letter of cancellation, indicate in the letter the termination, date, username / customer number, name and signature.
You will receive a confirmation email when your account is suspended. The notice period is 30 days before the next payment period.
